Shipping policy

All PestleFresh packages are fully insured.

Shipping carriers contracted are UPS, USPS, and FedEx for small packages. LTL Shipments are sent through a variety of carriers.

For shipping outside the Continental United States, please email hello@pestlefresh.com for a quote.

We are experts in Fragile Packaging!

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Please send 6 pictures including the item(s), packaging, shipping label and exterior box provided to hello@pestlefresh.com.

It is very important to keep the box, packing material, and damaged item until further notice. Do not throw away any of these in order to facilitate an insurance claim and process the replacement order. Further instructions and requests for photos or delivery information may be needed. Failure to provide any of the specified photos or information within 3 business days of request by PestleFresh nullifies existing refund or return policies.
